Oil pastel on paper/ paper collage

Drawing is used to connect with my environment and to capture the form of objects in the present moment. This fleetingness of perception in an instant is grasped in a one-shot oil pastel drawing done in the open air. I focused on my perception and bodily sensations to trace the flow of energies on paper using oil pastels. To draw means to be in touch, to react, to be open to the transformative process of observation.
