The significance of a chance encounter. Objects as time capsules. A warm and melancholic tale about friendship, memory and reconnection.
As the script-writer, director, editor and one of the cameraman, I learnt a lot about collaboration through this project. Although the script was primarily written by me, it came to its realisation through improvisations from the actresses. Friends at school and my supervisor for this project assisted me with managing lighting, camerawork, audio-recording etc. Despite the coherence of the final product, the processes that the film underwent in its making were not simple and straight-forward. Challenges continually surface and decisions were remade throughout the processes: researching, designing, collaborating and editing.
